Make the most of your visit to the Lost Gardens of Heligan by staying in one of the original farm buildings. The Wagon House is within easy reach of the entrance to the Gardens and is well-placed for general garden-visiting in Cornwall. Heligan is classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, being situated in the South-West of England near to the coast.

We offer one twin bedroom which has a private bathroom. A second twin room is available for parties of 3 or 4 sharing the bathroom.

Our B & B accommodation in a stone-built period property features in Alastair Sawday's Bed & Breakfast for Garden Lovers and we subscribe to their Fine Breakfast Scheme.

Breakfast is served at a time convenient to you and is either English or Continental. Aga cooked local food and produce come mainly from the nearby award-winning Lobb's Farm Shop.
Special diets can be catered for, given prior notice.
On-site parking is available.

The Wagon House is about 20 minutes drive from The Eden Project, 5 Minutes from the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey and 15 Minutes from the historical tall ships village of Charlestown.

Prices: Rates are per person sharing a twin room
Bed & Breakfast: £45.00 GBP per day (min. two night stay)
Second twin room available for parties of 3 or 4 people sharing the bathroom.
(Reduced price for both rooms : £39.50 per person)
Single room supplement: £5.00 per day using a twin room
Non-refundable deposit: £15.00 per person

We do not have the facility to accept credit cards.

Arrival time: from 5.00 pm. Departure time: by 10.30 am.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept dogs or children.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
